Decker was Amazing! I was surprised with how nice the place was and Kelly just made it a pleasure to be there. I will defintitely be coming back!
I was part of a wedding party that got our hair done here and we were extreemely disappointed. The style I asked for was nothing like what I got, but since we were running late, I let it go. In the time I left the salon till the time I got back to my house in Olean, my hair went completey flat! This is not totally surprising since the stylist didn't even hairspray my hair when she was done. I had to have a friend run over to my house and redo my hair before the wedding. This was all during the time that I should have been getting ready to leave for the church with the other bridesmaids. I can't believe I paid $40 for nothing and was caused so much aggravation on what should have been an awesome day.
